Testimonials: A Pleasurable and Memorable Experience Submitted by Stan Hall (stanhall) |
| The process of attaining my own Viattorre cues was quite simple, I supplied the drawings for Jackson and he provided some valuable insight. During the construction of the cues, it became quite evident that Jackson wanted to know as much about me as I wanted to know about him. Thus, our relationship evolved from one of provider and client to that of a friendship. Trust me, it feels great when you commission a Master Cue maker to make you a cue and you are on a first name basis. The end result, I received two cues (the Tree of Life and Eusi Fundi) that my talent and skill level will never be worthy of. It is my hope that I will one day develop the skills needed to be worthy of such elegant cues.
The quality and workmanship of my Viattorre cues are unparalleled in the world of cue making and their beauty can only be matched by the consistency at which they play. A solid durable cue is attained as a result of using quality parts and unparalleled workmanship. The old adage, quality in, quality out seems to be a standard with Viattorre cues.
Based on the quality and workmanship of my cues, it is apparent that they received individualized attention, for something so beautiful could not have be done haphazardly. I cannot imagine creating cues that look and play so wonderful only to ship them away. I would hope that a part of Jackson was shipped with those cues when he sent them to me. |

Testimonials: NEW FEELING OF AWARENESS and CONTROL Submitted by Osborn Sayers (NYC) (Osborn Sayers) |
Hi Jackson, I pray that this e-mail finds you and your family, as well as Bud and Noli in good health and spirits. Let me also begin for apologizing for not getting back to you after complaining about the butt of the cue. Make no mistake, the craftsmanship of the cue is top-rated! I received the cue just before Thanksgiving last year but did not begin to play with it until late June of this year. In that time period I did not play at all. It took me a month or so since starting to play again to really start to appreciate the cue that you all made for me. One thing became instantly clear - I will NEVER go back to a steel jointed cue again! |

Testimonials: Best of the best! Submitted by Arthur Lim (RP) (naga) |
Was able to take time out to try out my new Viattorre. I just scatter the balls and shoot at them, and before I knew it, the few practice shots lasted for some 3 hours. Whatever I wanted to say about its playability has already been said. In fact, words are not enough to describe its hit and performance.
I had the rare opprotunity to try out a good friend's south west cue and one thing I'm sure of, the Viattorre is at par with it. |
