Jackson....I just wanted to let you know that my cue arrived today and I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!!! The cue is beautiful and the workmanship is superb! I'm a pretty serious player (along with being a rabid collector), and I couldn't wait to shoot some balls with it, so I hustled out of work early and spent about 5 hours playing some very serious pool with it at my local pool hall. It played flawlessly, and matches my style and preferences perfectly! I absolutely destroyed everyone who dared to play me today. The cue did everything that I asked it to do, and although I'm not a fan of Triangle tips, even the tip played well (after I put a dime taper on it). I will be replacing the tip with a Medium Moori tomorrow and I bet the cue will perform even better (although that will be difficult). The overall balance of the cue is excellent and it easily adapts to both "power shots" and "finesse shots"....truly a very fine "instrument".

I was not only very impressed with the excellent ring work and very nice wood that you used, but I was especially taken with the beautiful finish....I own a lot of cues, and this one has to be in the top 2% of all of them when it comes to the finish...it is absolutely gorgeous! I was also quite impressed with your shaft...very nice taper...not too stiff, not too whippy....very nice action and a really solid hit, not to mention as smooth as a baby's bottom!

Needless to say, I am very happy, and it was well worth the wait. You are a fine craftsman, and I'm sure that this will not be the last Jackson Tan cue that I will own.
