First of all, I would like to complement you for being patient in answering all my questions. This was my first cue purchase outside of North America and I am certain that you have noticed that I was a bit worried. The Emails I got back from you, showed me that you definitely know your cue construction and materials; This made me decide to purchase a cue from you.
Thank you for updating me on a regular basis and lately was even able to monitor my cues progress from your new site. IMO the construction time or wait is the worse. I had cues from the past that turned out totally deifferently from what I have expected. Your regular picture updates at your site made it less stressfull for me. My congratulations to you and your webmaster for a site well done. I can tell you really have your customer in mind.
When you shipped out the cue, it arrived earlier than I expected. You did an excellent job in packaging the cue. The cue was cushioned well and tighly wrapped. Again, great job on shipping.
The cue is BEAUTIFUL. The inlays, points, and rings are perfect. The finish is crystal clear. The balance is superb and comparable to my SW cues. I quicly rushed to my table to try out the cue and see if the hit is anywhere close to its looks. WOW>>>>>
You are definately part of my A+++ list. The cue is more than what I expected and the service is top notch. I am certain that you will make alot of players and collectors happy.
