After a long 8 month wait, i finally got what every aspiring pool player wanted....their very own custom cue. Jack handed the cue to me 2 days before christmas and i immediately became like an 8 year old kid once more. I didn't want to open the packaging till christmas eve but like any kid...i just didn't have any more time to wait. The simple cue we initially planned turned out to be stunning. The glass-like finish continues to amaze me up til now since i can clearly see my reflection unlike my other cues. And it doesn't stop there. The figuring of the woods used were so stunning that it never fails to attract the attention of other players when i shoot with it though being a plane jane. I've only logged less than 10 hours with the cue but the hit is solid from both shafts. The spin generated even with a light stroke is great. The 19.7 oz. weight is evenly distributed & well balanced that it helped me make my stroke stable unlike my other butt heavy cue. On top of that, Jackson is a great guy to deal with. Very patient & honest man & takes you through the possibilities of your custom cue. The updates in the Cue status helped to take a little anxiety off. Thanks Jack and hope to work on the next project cue soon.
