Wow jackson! Not only did you do an outstanding job on the looks of my cue (the whole poolhall was drewling on it). The playability is incredible. The wood to wood joint gives it an excellent feel for more control. The balance is so perfect that, even that it is 0.5oz heavier than my predator, it feels lighter. I have only played with it for 2 hours before my big matches against the nr 1 team in our league and it felt so natural I decided to put my old Predator away and start the matches with my brand new Via. And guess what, I won all of my matches. This cue really works for me Solid hit, perfect balance, no problems with adjusting for deflection and it's just a beauty. Besides all that it has been a real pleasure doing business with jackson. He replied all my emails and the service is outstanding. I couldn't have asked for more. Can't thank Viattorre enough!
