Hi Jackson,
I pray that this e-mail finds you and your family, as well as Bud and Noli in good health and spirits. Let me also begin for apologizing for not getting back to you after complaining about the butt of the cue. Make no mistake, the craftsmanship of the cue is top-rated! I received the cue just before Thanksgiving last year but did not begin to play with it until late June of this year. In that time period I did not play at all. It took me a month or so since starting to play again to really start to appreciate the cue that you all made for me. One thing became instantly clear - I will NEVER go back to a steel jointed cue again! The linen phenolic joint, wood-to-wood contact has made me so much more \"aware\" of touch and control. Knowing that I have a great cue has given me the confidence and encouragement to focus on raising my skill level. After going over the cue and the workmanship, most people are amazed at the price I paid for it. You are sure to start receiving orders for cues from players here in NYC. In conclusion, Thanks Again for your courteousness and professionalism throughout the entire transaction and even more so, for creating such a wonderful playing cue. I am a very satisfied customer!
Sincere Regards,
Osborn
