A Pleasurable and Memorable Experience By Stan Hall Date: Tue, Oct 3 @ 02:48:29 CDT Topic: Customer Testimonials
The process of attaining my own Viattorre cues was quite simple, I supplied the drawings for Jackson and he provided some valuable insight. During the construction of the cues, it became quite evident that Jackson wanted to know as much about me as I wanted to know about him. Thus, our relationship evolved from one of provider and client to that of a friendship. Trust me, it feels great when you commission a Master Cue maker to make you a cue and you are on a first name basis. The end result, I received two cues (the Tree of Life and Eusi Fundi) that my talent and skill level will never be worthy of. It is my hope that I will one day develop the skills needed to be worthy of such elegant cues.
The quality and workmanship of my Viattorre cues are unparalleled in the world of cue making and their beauty can only be matched by the consistency at which they play. A solid durable cue is attained as a result of using quality parts and unparalleled workmanship. The old adage, quality in, quality out seems to be a standard with Viattorre cues.
Based on the quality and workmanship of my cues, it is apparent that they received individualized attention, for something so beautiful could not have be done haphazardly. I cannot imagine creating cues that look and play so wonderful only to ship them away. I would hope that a part of Jackson was shipped with those cues when he sent them to me.
Sure, I could have had a cue made here in the states but where is the fun in that. To commission a Master Cue maker in another country to build you a cue, old world style, without the use of a CNC, now there is a story to tell your friends. This is the story that I shall tell my son to be passed from generation to generation.
Jackson thanks for taking the time to build my cues. You have made this a memorable experience for me. Unfortunately, it feels like I have come to the end of a good book, dreading to see the last page, the last paragraph, the last sentence, the last word. I guess I will have to begin work on completing the set. Yes that is it, a trilogy will keep the story going for a while.
Thank you and your team for giving me some of your time to build me a couple of cues. It is not everyday that a man will take time away from his family to fulfill a request for a friend.
When you want the very best for the rest of your life, only a Viattorre will do!
