Dear Mr. Tan,
I am writing this email to inform you my new cue
arrived yesterday and to show my appreciation for
making such a fine cue. I must admit I had
trepidations about ordering a custom cue from another
country. Fortunately, my fears were unwarranted when I
opened the package like a kid at Christmas time. Who
am I kidding? Yesterday was my Christmas!
I have owned only production cues before my Viattorre
and they don't compare to the cue you made for me. I
asked several U.S. cuemakers about my design and
received either high quotes or wait times. I'm glad
you were recommended to me. Even the new Ivor-X
ferrules, which I took a gamble on, felt really nice.
Again, I thank you for making me such a great cue
within my budget and I look forward to doing business
with you again.
