Testimonials: Delicate finish and superb playability

Dear Jackson,
Congratulations, besides the great looks and the delicate finish, the playability of the cue is the thing that astonishes me the most. Almost effortless one can move the cueball around. I really appreciate that the ebony wood is not completly black so that you still can see it is real wood. All the inlays are delicate work, especially when I remember that it is inlayed by hand.
I am absolutley satisfied with the cue, its playability, and last but not least your outstanding service towards your customers.
